I was perusing Pinterest one day and I came across this from nutty4nails…

Cute isn’t it. I shared it with my friend, Patricia, from Southern Sister Polish who creates fantastic nail art and suggested she do something similar. We decided to do a collaborative post using the photo above as our inspiration. Here is my interpretation.
(Poor sad cuticles)
I don’t think it is half bad for my first real attempt at a “dotticure.” I don’t have dotting tools, so I used a paper stylus used to dry emboss paper. It worked perfectly, but I will be obtaining real dotting tools soon so that I have a variety of tip sizes to work with.
I started with two coats of white polish then randomly added dots of neon polish using NK Nail Enamel in Orange, Cotton Candy, Yellow, Green and L.A. Girls Brites in Flash Freeze. What do you think?
I said this was a collaborative post with the girls over at Southern Sister Polish. Wanna sneak peak of what Patricia came up with using the Pinterest photo for inspiration?
